All technical information on this web shop is intended to help customers with the purchase of parts for repairs, alterations and resoling of motorcycle boots. All items are inspected before dispatch, any missing or damaged goods must be reported within 7 working days by email. 

Goods will only be accepted for credit if they are incorrect for boot resoling.

If you simply decide that you do not require the items that you have purchased there is a no returns policy due to handling costs and time involved.

GB Bike Shop  makes every efffort to ensure that your items are packed as best as possible to minimise damage in transit.

GB cannot be held responsible for the arrival of your items to our premises please make sure you use the correct address The Three Sisters Public House Otterham Quay Lane Rainham Kent ME8 8QR. and also include your return address, a mobile phone number (prefered) or a land line number, an email address for automated tracking of your parcel when despatched from us.

If you forget to supply us with your conact details we cannot inform you when your items are ready for collection or have been despatched.

When GB bike shop uses a courier to despatch your items we insure them against loss and damage and we also require a receipt signature, all of this is refelected in the postage cost.

Standard delivery is by APC courier which is a next working day service not Saturday and Sundays. Please do not chase us about you items deleivery untill 24 hours has past. Provided that you supply an email address APC courier will automaticaly up date your tracking information.

If you have not created an on line account but just sent us your boots it is vital that you include your name, return address an email and mobile phone number in with the boots. No information we can not contact you!
